Muju Resort, which opened in 1990 is a mountain recreation area in Korea. Muju Resort is located in the region Deogyusan National Park in Muju province and covers a vast area of seven million square meters.

Entering recreation Muju Resort is perfectly situated and in harmony with beautiful natural scenery Deogyusan mountain, visitors often imagine as if they are in Europe. Because each building, street and park designed in the style of Austrian state which is also surrounded by snowy mountains.

As a place to have fun, there are over 30 FIS (Federation International de Ski), which includes ski slope area, ski jump, a place of Normandy-style ski course and golf course 18th hole Arnold Palmer design that opened in May 1998. Other facilities including the hotel, condominiums, convention centers, clinics, fitness center and parking lot underground.

Muju Resort has a different location slope snow mountain. There is the Silk Road 6.2 kilometer-high snowy mountain which has a vertical height of 810 meters. This is the longest slope in the Korean peninsula.
