Milkfish Bali Spices

Ingredients:
1 / 2 kg of milkfish (cut – cut)
2 cm turmeric (puree)
Lime juice and salt to taste
1 stalk Serai (crushed)
2 pieces Tomatoes (chopped 4 parts)
1 spoon Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Enough water

Spices that are:
5 cloves Onion
2 cloves garlic
5 large red pepper fruit
3 fruit kinky Cabe
1 cm ginger
3 BTR Pecan (roasted)
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:
Smear the fish with a mixture of lime juice, turmeric and salt, let a few moments.
Fried fish and set aside.
Saute the spice paste with lemon grass until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, brown sugar, soy sauce and water, bring to a boil.
Enter the fish, cook over low heat until the spices to infuse.
Pick up and ready to be served.
